The only thing you see from him on server are:

Clay´s @ spawn
c4 @ corners inclusive camping behinde

nothing else! I cannot remember see him shooting with a sniperrifle and hitting some1.....

I would be glad, if something will happen with him.....

because on inf as a Jala to run to the left USMC Spawn and lay down a clay at the spawn

I'm totally agree with that he is act 9 at 10 times as a jerk.i know that he is a long time player on the server but he act as a noob and i think that people who plays on ibc for a long time must give the example to others and him apparently he doesn't do that!on more think that N1etzsche notice that you say to him to stop do that and he never react or answer to that.that think is realy break my nerves.

Also I am agree with all of you because:
1. In an old player we expect some other behaviour in the field, like respecting the rules (the more important) and a fair play (no clays at the flag, no spawnrape, no camp... many more unrespected kind of play )
2. warning a guy during the game you can expect he has already taken the point and he must stop acting that way

But,
In an international Comunity it is sometimes very difficult trying people understand each other.
Warnings in game while playing will be probably not enough to keep someone attention.
But I also think a ban is too much as a punishment.

I would suggest Sascha to send him a post, mail or whatever other way to make sure he has read the "warning" and he understand it.
Something like this:

"Templarioreal, hemos recibido quejas en el foro sobre tu actuación en el Bf2 (Templarioreal?)
Clays y C4 en bandera, spawnrape, nadespamming y otros comportamientos no permitidos en nuestros servidores.
El motivo de este correo es advertirte que la realización continuada de los mismos conlleva la expulsión temporal del servidor e incluso , si persiste esa conducta, la expulsión definitiva.
Confio en que en adelante respetes las normas y no tengamos que llegar a dichos extremos.

I am lazy to translate it, but it is very formal and I think that players with so much time played in our servers deserve that kind of advises instead of just a ban or something.
