Question with TV quadet missile???

Hi all...

I was create server for an little practice with an choper.
But there is something that does not exist on real multyplayer servers.
Take an look at an picture.

Red mark cross is the place where rocket will hit, (and that little really helpfull cross doesn't exist on real servers).
Green mark cross is ordinary cross.

Question is...
Why that red mark cross does not exist on real servers?
Is there any chance to put it there, or is there any configuration that I have to fix to have it on real MP servers?

U have only this red cross at ur server,if an other guy will come and play will not have this cross.
